A free country music show closes out Moorpark's 2026 Concert in the Park series Saturday evening at Arroyo Vista Community Park.
Country Nation, a Los Angeles-based five-piece country cover band, takes the stage Saturday, Sept. 26. Gates open at 5 p.m. and music runs from 6 to 8 p.m. at the park, located at 4550 Tierra Rejada Rd.
The City of Moorpark announced the season finale on X on Monday, Sept. 21. Admission is free, and food and drinks will be available for purchase.
The band performs country hits spanning the 1990s through the present, according to its website.
Saturday's show wraps a summer series that brought live music to Arroyo Vista on a roughly monthly schedule. The 805 Social Club played July 25, covering American pop from the 1960s through the 2020s. The Blue Breeze Band followed on Aug. 22 with a soul and R&B set. Each concert followed the same format: free entry, gates at 5 p.m., music at 6 p.m.
The total number of concerts in the 2026 series was not listed in the city's announcement.
Moorpark's concert series is separate from Camarillo's own Concerts at the Park program, which the Camarillo City Council funded at $182,208 for community events in its fiscal year 2026-27 budget, according to city records. That Camarillo allocation also covers the Wings Association airshow, the Fourth of July celebration, Old Town Heritage Days and the Holiday Parade.
