A two-day holiday crafts fair at the Camarillo Art Center will offer handmade goods from local artists while raising money for the all-volunteer nonprofit.
The main fair runs Saturday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the center's home at 3150 Ponderosa Drive, at the corner of Eston Street. A vendor pop-up follows on Sunday, Nov. 15, according to the center's event listing.
The center described the Saturday fair as a chance to shop handmade creations from local artists while raising money for the nonprofit. A prior-year listing on the center's website described a similar holiday fundraiser as raising money for roof and building repairs at the Ponderosa Drive facility.
The crafts fair overlaps with the center's separate Annual Holiday Fundraiser Art Show, which runs Nov. 1 through Dec. 27. Artists who want wall space for that show can reserve a six-foot section for $35 for members or $45 for non-members by contacting Bonnie at [email protected]. Space is limited. Art take-in is Sunday, Oct. 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Vendors interested in selling at the Nov. 14–15 crafts fair can email [email protected]. The center can also be reached at 805-445-7061.
